Dr. Aparajita Sharma is the Thematic Lead for Networks and Partnerships at Mobile Creches. She has 15 years of experience in education and policy research with a focus on gender, conflict, early childhood development within marginalised communities, collaborating with state and non-state actors. She holds an M. Phil in Social work and a Ph.D. from Delhi University. Her Doctoral thesis focused on education for peace, with an emphasis on inclusive pedagogy in secondary education in Assam. She was nominated for the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) by the US Department of State in 2014. Dr. Sharma is known for her impactful contributions to education and entrepreneurial skills development for youth and women in the unorganised sector.
